why Thermore have established production in Europe (Italy and
Romania), the USA and in Asia (Thailand). 80 percent of the articles
can be manufactured in any of these production sites. This saves
time, money and energy.
About 70 percent is made in Asia where Bangkok seems to be an
ideal location: Reliable energy-supply, labor discipline, one of the
busiest harbors with regular traffic to the main ports in Vietnam
and China and highly skilled labor. As most of the shipments go
eastward transport rates are relatively inexpensive – even when
compared to shipping costs within inland China. Our Hong Kong office
is very service oriented and their talented logistical team makes
sure orders run smoothly from sampling to bulk production. |
