Outerwear is often subjected to hard use and extreme conditions. In
addition to normal wear and tear, this may also require that
garments are washed or dry cleaned to restore their original
appearance. Thermore recognizes that the ability to withstand these
washing/drying cycles and trips to the dry cleaner are of key
importance. When it comes to performance, durability equals warmth
in both the short term and long term.
Rest assured that all Thermore products are thoroughly tested for
resistance to machine washing and drying (40C or 104F). We expect
our products to perform at the same high level over the life of the
garment.
For industrial type washing (90C or 194F), which may also include
50+ wash cycles, Thermore suggests the use of our specialized "Washproof"
