In compliance with Legislative Decree 196/03, the underwritten company Thermore (Far East) Ltd, Room 1705, Concordia Plaza, 1 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong, owner of the data processing, must provide information regarding use of personal data.
Source of data and purposes of processing
The personal data in our possession are directly gathered from individual clients and/or collaborators or via agents and representatives in the event of special offers and/or from current or possible future suppliers. Data can also be gathered from third parties, such as, by way of an example, data acquired from external companies for marketing information purposes or market surveys or from other clients or suppliers of ours.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject may also: ask to know of the origin of data as well as the logic and purpose at the base of the processing; request cancellation, transformation into anonymous format or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, modification or, if interested, integration of data; oppose processing for legitimate reasons.
Consequences of refusal to answer
We must also inform you that your "right to refuse to answer" when compiling the information may make it impossible for this company to observe legal and/or contract obligations linked to the business relationship.
